The Role:

Are you a driven and tactical sales leader ready to take on a pivotal role in our growth journey? As our Sales Manager (Mid-Market)- UK, you’ll lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, driving new client acquisition and revenue growth for our cutting-edge Agility platform. With a strong track record in managing SaaS sales teams and a passion for mentorship, you’ll play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious sales targets. What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Growth: Implement an effective sales strategy to build and maintain a robust pipeline, achieving ambitious growth and sales targets.
  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives focused on new client acquisition, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
  • Performance Management: Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Account Executives to review progress, set targets, and drive results.
  • Team Development: Motivate, advise, and onboard new team members while fostering a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
  • Collaborate: Partner with Marketing, Client Success, and Engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive process improvements.
  • Optimize: Work with other Sales Managers to refine sales processes and methodologies, using data-driven insights to evolve your team’s strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 2-3 years of B2B SaaS sales management experience and a total of 5-7 years in progressive sales roles.
  • Sales Savvy: Proven success in tactical sales management and exceeding revenue targets. Familiarity with sales frameworks like Sandler or SPIN is a plus.
  • Leadership: Strong people and customer management skills with a knack for problem-solving and clear communication.
  • Analytical Thinker: Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Tech Proficient: Expertise in Salesforce, Salesloft, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Organized: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a track record of integrity.
